Mechanical Design Engineer (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:
- Development and design of new logistics machines and systems and support of the process from conceptual design to prototype construction / to assembly and customer acceptance
- Calculation of strength and cycle times and preparing risk assessments
- Support for project team in the elaboration of detailed designs and adaptation of existing products
- Supervision of machine pre-assembly and regular design support for the project manager
Your profile:
- Completed higher technical school with a focus on mechanical engineering, mechatronics, plant engineering
or automation technology or completed apprenticeship as technical draftsman with corresponding professional experience - Several years of professional experience in design
- Confident handling of CAD programs such as Solid Works
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Analytical thinking and independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Team player with excellent communication skills and a high degree of initiative
