If you’ve invested in a smart conveyor system, you naturally expect it to work properly.
We know that system failures are both costly and annoying, so we do our utmost to prevent them. How? By sending our expert service teams to carry out periodic maintenance and safety inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before they become serious. These on-site interventions are also the ideal occasion for your employees to ask questions about the equipment. All of this helps prevent faults and downtime.
For you this means:
Unfortunately, there’s no single answer to this question, because maintenance intervals have to be determined based on operating time. A system that operates 24/7 will require more frequent maintenance than one which only runs for a few hours each day.
Again, as with maintenance intervals, it depends on your exact equipment and setup. The size and complexity of the system and the number of parts requiring individual maintenance must all be taken into account.
Although the actual maintenance requirements are dictated by the system, we will schedule maintenance at times that suit you. Some customers ask us to perform maintenance while their site is shut for a holiday, for example. Others prefer maintenance to be carried out during normal working hours, during the night shift, or on weekends. Choose what works best for you. We’ll determine how often maintenance is required, but it’s up to you when we carry it out.
