Your responsibilities:
- Ensuring a professional installation process
- Coordination, work allocation and control of a team of 3 to 5 people during assembly
- Pre-assembly of our logistics conveyor systems at our site in Holzhausen
- Assembly and commissioning of our systems directly at customers at home and abroad
- Regular coordination with the project managers
- Participation in departmental goals and key figures
Your profile:
- Completed technical training in a metal-technical profession (metal technician, fitter, agricultural machinery mechanic, mechatronics technician, machining technician, ...)
- Several years of professional experience as a fitter in the metalworking sector
- Team player with very good communication skills and a high degree of initiative
- Experience in people management of advantage
- Good PC skills (Windows operating system and Microsoft Office programs)
- English knowledge of advantage
- High degree of willingness to travel for assemblies at home and abroad
