If one component in a conveyor system is faulty, it brings the entire system to a standstill. That’s a pain, especially if sourcing a spare part is a Herculean task. At Schwingshandl we believe that shouldn’t ever be the case, so we provide a package of spare and wear parts for your system, all from the original equipment manufacturer. That way you’ll always have essential spare parts on hand, and will be able to keep your system running smoothly and reduce maintenance downtime.
You can of course order other spare parts too. We’ve made the process very straightforward and can arrange express delivery where required.

Frequently asked questions about spare parts
Each customer gets a package that’s created especially for their system. When deciding which components to include, we consider the following criteria:
- How long does it take to source the spare part in question?
- Is it a component that we stock ourselves?
- Which parts of the system contain wear parts?
- How many of a particular type of component does the system contain?
With spare parts, we know that time is of the essence. To help us get the required part to you as quickly as possible, we ask you to fill in a spare parts form, giving us as much information as possible. In particular, we will need:
- The machine number for the system
- The item number of the affected piece of equipment
Both numbers are given on the component name plate. It’s also helpful for our sales team if you send a photo of the part to be replaced.
