Internal whistleblower system
The internal whistleblower system makes it possible to report violations of legal regulations concerning Schwingshandl automation technology GmbH.
Who can report?
The internal whistleblower system is intended for people who are or were professionally associated with Schwingshandl automation technology GmbH and who have obtained information about legal violations in this context. This includes, in particular, employees, interns, job applicants, members of the executive board, members of the supervisory board, as well as persons working under the supervision and direction of contractors, subcontractors, or suppliers.
We kindly ask customers to continue submitting their complaints to the dedicated customer satisfaction department.
What can be reported?
Violations related to::
- public procurement (tender procedures)
- prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing
- environmental protection
- protection of privacy and personal data, as well as the security of network and information systems
- corruption offenses (e.g., abuse of authority, bribery, acceptance of advantages, prohibited interventions, or acceptance of gifts and bribery of employees or agents)
What happens with my report?
All reports are treated confidentially.
Within seven calendar days of receiving the report, an acknowledgment of receipt is sent to the email address provided in the online form.
Within three months of receiving the report, a substantive response will be sent to the same email address.

It is absolutely necessary to provide an (anonymous) email address so that we can respond to your report. If you wish to remain anonymous, please create a new email address that does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your identity and provide that address.
