Initial situation & task
Stacked cartons had to be repalletised from an in-house pallet to a Euro pallet for a customer in the pharmaceutical production sector. The aim was a gentle, clean and reliable pallet change.
Realisation
The stacked cartons on the in-house pallet are fed to the pallet changer and moved electromechanically onto a peel-off plate.
After the controlled removal of the plate, the stacks of cartons are placed directly on the Euro pallet – without additional repositioning or manual intervention.
