Initial situation & task
Schwingshandl realised a highly dynamic pallet stacker crane with a special load handling device for integration into an existing system for a food retailer.
Realisation
Due to the spatial conditions and high dynamic requirements, a two-rail concept with toothed belt omega drive was selected for the travelling movement. The load handling device consists of a roller conveyor with an electromechanical coupling so that driveless channels can be driven in various X and Y planes.
