Last Friday, team spirit took center stage at Schwingshandl.
The day started with our quarterly employee update, where we shared insights into our current business performance, key projects, and the next steps ahead. We firmly believe that transparency builds trust, strengthens team spirit, and fosters genuine commitment.
Afterwards, we kicked off our now traditional Schwingshandl Summer Festival, welcoming all employees and their families. With delicious barbecue, a guessing game, a bouncy castle, and many other activities for children and adults alike, we enjoyed a relaxed afternoon and evening together. The focus was on personal exchange, meaningful conversations, and spending time together beyond the daily work routine.
We were especially pleased to see so many colleagues and their families joining us despite the midsummer heat and spending the day together.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make our Summer Festival possible. At a time when our production hall is operating at record capacity and every square meter is in use, clearing part of it for this event was anything but a given. That makes us appreciate the commitment and dedication of everyone involved even more.
Moments like these show that at Schwingshandl, team spirit is more than just a value on paper – it is something we actively live every day, both at work and beyond.
