Packages are compiled individually based on lead times, stock availability, wear points and installed quantities.
For fast processing, we require the machine number, the component position number and, ideally, a photo of the affected part.

Frequently asked questions about maintenance
Maintenance intervals depend on operating hours, load conditions and system design. Typically, one to two maintenance visits per year are recommended. We define the optimal schedule together with you.
The duration depends on the size, complexity and equipment of the system. We provide transparent information on scope and duration already during the project phase and adapt to your operational framework.
Maintenance is scheduled flexibly according to your operations – during plant shutdowns, normal operation, at night or on weekends.
Call-out Service
Fast support when it matters most

If a technical issue cannot be resolved independently, Schwingshandl dispatches qualified technicians at short notice. Once commissioned, we carry out repairs, replace spare parts and perform minor adjustments directly on-site.
All work is documented in a service report, providing a transparent basis for collaboration.
