Initial situation & task
Schwingshandl integrated transfer cars and conveyor technology into an existing system for a fittings manufacturer. Due to the high payloads and limited height, a customised solution was required.
Realisation
The transfer carriage was designed as a friction wheel concept. Customised travelling beams and special Vulkollan wheels were used for the high loads.
