Initial situation & task
Schwingshandl realised a stacking machine for a trading company, with which special cardboard boxes were to be stacked together in addition to stacks of containers. The requirement was to form mixed stacks of different conveyed goods.
Realisation
Due to the requirement to form mixed stacks of containers, lids and special cartons, Schwingshandl developed a stacking machine with horizontal pusher units.
Pneumatic centring devices ensure precise positioning, high system availability and gentle handling of the conveyed goods.
