Initial situation & task
Schwingshandl realised a high-performance container erector for the automated erection of complex folding crates for a retailer. Due to the very limited space available, the solution had to be integrated directly into the existing conveyor technology.
In addition, the high performance required placed special demands on dynamics, precision and process reliability, which is why the main movement axes had to be electromechanical.
Realisation
Schwingshandl developed and realised a high-performance container erector that is specially adapted to the available space and performance requirements. The main movement axes were designed electromechanically with modern servo technology to ensure high speeds and precise movement.
