Mechanical Design Engineer

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

  • Development and design of new logistics machines and systems and support of the process from conceptual design to prototype construction / to assembly and customer acceptance
  • Calculation of strength and cycle times and preparing risk assessments
  • Support for project team in the elaboration of detailed designs and adaptation of existing products
  • Supervision of machine pre-assembly and regular design support for the project manager

Ihr Profil:

  • Completed higher technical school with a focus on mechanical engineering, mechatronics, plant engineering
    or automation technology or completed apprenticeship as technical draftsman with corresponding professional experience
  • Several years of professional experience in design
  • Confident handling of CAD programs such as Solid Works
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Analytical thinking and independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and a high degree of initiative

  • A gross annual salary of  € 37,500 for HTL graduates (junior designers) and as of € 44.000 for experienced designers with at least 5 years of professional experience. The actual salary is determined based on qualification and work experience.
