Travel Management & Installation Planning Specialist (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:
- Organization of business trips (booking of flights, trains, hotels, rental cars) for field service technicians
- Communication with technicians, service providers, and internal departments to ensure optimal deployment planning
- Submission of assembly notifications
- Preparation and processing of all relevant documentation for on-site installations
- Administrative support for colleagues
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training, with a strong interest in technical topics
- Professional experience in travel management and/or assembly planning
- Strong organizational skills
- Independent and structured way of working, combined with a high level of initiative and service orientation
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
