Your responsibilities:
- Procurement, installation, and configuration of hardware and software solutions
- First and second level support for colleagues in dealing with IT-related issues
- Administration and maintenance of our IT infrastructure (Windows Server/Client, VMware, M365, Unifi, printers, ...)
- Active participation in exciting IT projects – from planning to implementation
Your profile:
- Completed education in IT (e.g. higher technical school, vocational school, or apprenticeship), or proven, equivalent skills and knowledge acquired through practical experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows Professional, Windows Server, Office, etc.)
- Good written and spoken English skills
- A structured, solution- and service-oriented way of working
- A true team player with strong communication skills and a high degree of initiative
