Your responsibilities:
- Development of a future-ready IT system architecture closely aligned with business processes (as-is / to-be)
- Design and continuous enhancement of a multi-year IT roadmap (strategic & operational)
- Involvement and accountability in key digitalization projects with a focus on CRM, ERP, PLM/CPQ
- Optimization of efficiency, lead times, data quality, and user satisfaction through targeted IT deployment
- Assurance and ongoing development of IT security
- Leadership of the IT team and management of external IT partners
- Close collaboration with all business units, acting as a bridge between business and IT
Your profile:
- Several years of experience in an IT leadership role with responsibility for system landscapes, processes, and architecture – ideally in a manufacturing, industrial, or plant engineering environment
- Deep expertise in process management, system architectures, complex data models, and their integration with business processes
- Solid, hands-on experience in the selection, implementation, and optimization of ERP, PLM, CPQ, and CRM systems
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and data protection
- Clear vision for digitalization potential and IT-driven efficiency gains – with a strong passion for continuous improvement
- Strong communicator, motivating team player, and reliable bridge-builder between business and IT, with high commitment to both the role and the organization
